🏆 Loot, XP & achievements

Progression systems are designed and ruled on, but not yet in the app — these systems are now LIVE (see the Armory panel on any world page). One rule already binds all of it: every number will derive from real recorded runs, recomputed from history — and item stats are game flavor mapped from real metrics, never presented as real telemetry.

Points (XP) & levels

XP will be a pure derivation over the recorded history — never hand-mutated: ship a ticket +100 · defeat a boss +250 · clear a raid +500 · zero-wipe boss clear +150 (“Flawless”) · clearing a pull after a wipe +50 (“Comeback”) · first quest in a world +50. Your raid-leader level grows with the square root of XP.

Achievements

Deterministic badges computed from what actually happened, each carrying a plain description and the run that earned it: First Blood (first shipped ticket) · Boss Slayer · Raid Conqueror · Flawless Victory (zero-wipe boss clear) · Field Medic’s Miracle (wipe → cleared in the same run) · Speedrunner (fight under 3 minutes) · Marathon (over 10) · Full Party (all 48 turns in one run) · Librarian (5 shipped) · Warlord (3 raids cleared).

Loot

Defeating a boss will mint one collectible item. Rarity (common → uncommon → rare → epic → legendary → set) derives from the real fight: zero wipes and fast clears raise it, wipes lower it. Item names are themed by the boss and the turn that landed the killing blow, and stats are explicitly cosmetic, mapped from real metrics: +Vigor (tests executed) · +Haste (inverse duration) · +Grit (repairs survived) · +Focus (token efficiency).

Outfits

Items will equip to your hero or a party member and render as rarity-colored badges around their emblem, with an Armory drawer on the party frame for inventory.

If a mechanic is not marked shipped elsewhere in the app, it is not shipped — this guide will say “coming soon” until the feature is real.
